Order Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders placed before 10:00 AM Monday-Friday are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually ship the next business day.

How can I track my order?

What if an item I want is out of stock?

Subscription and AutoShip

Can I change my AutoShip schedule?

Yes, you can adjust your AutoShip frequency or pause your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service at least two days before your next scheduled shipment.

What happens if I need to skip a shipment?

You can skip a shipment by contacting our customer service team at least two days before your AutoShip date. There is no penalty for skipping a shipment.

Are your products authentic and original?

Yes, all products sold at Harvest Moon Natural Foods are 100% authentic and sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and suppliers.


Returns and Exchanges

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.


Gift Cards and Discounts

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be purchased on our website. Gift cards are delivered via email and can be redeemed during checkout.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, choose the one that provides the best savings.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping methods and rates vary by country and are based on the weight and size of your order. If your country is not listed during checkout, we currently do not ship there.
