Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Replacements
Replacements are subject to availability and will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item. If promo codes were used or the item was purchased on sale, you will be refunded the amount paid after discounts. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Product Variations
If the product you received appears similar to the online picture, it may be an updated version with a new label or name. We may request photos of the product to assist in processing your refund or replacement request.
International Returns
We cannot issue refunds for orders seized, damaged, or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned to us. If a returned order arrives, we will issue a refund for the merchandise only; shipping costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs or customs fees assessed on returned orders will be deducted from the refund amount. If the cost to return a rejected package exceeds the value of the merchandise, we will instruct the shipping carrier to abandon the package, and no refund will be issued.
A photo of damaged, defective, or incorrect items is required for refund approval. Please do not discard any product(s) until you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed. Due to customs regulations and shipping costs, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue replacements for items shipped to addresses outside the United States.
While most international orders are successfully delivered, please be aware that packages may experience delays, be re-routed, or, on rare occasions, be lost during shipping. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and do not account for weekends, holidays, or processing time (please allow 24-48 hours for order processing).
