Domestic Shipping
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders totaling $75 or more after discounts. This offer includes APO/FPO addresses.
Orders placed before 10 a.m. Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually ship on the next business day.
Delivery options are based on your shipping address, with services provided by UPS and USPS. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date your order ships. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with detailed carrier and tracking information so you’ll know when to expect it.
For orders outside the contiguous U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories, standard shipping rates vary based on location. All available shipping options and exact costs will be presented at checkout after you provide the delivery address for your order.
International Shipping
Availability
Due to frequent issues with Customs rejections in certain countries, we have limited the countries to which we can ship. If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu at checkout, unfortunately, we are unable to ship there.
International shipping methods and rates vary by country and depend on the weight and size of your order. To view delivery options, rates, and important shipping information for your specific destination, please use the Country drop-down menu above. You can also use the Shipping Calculator tool in your shopping cart to get estimated shipping rates, delivery timeframes, and the shipping weight of your order. During checkout, all available shipping methods and exact costs will be provided once you enter your delivery address.
Damages and Refunds
We cannot issue refunds for orders seized, damaged, or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned to us. If a returned order arrives, we will issue a refund for the merchandise only; shipping costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs or customs fees assessed on returned orders will be deducted from the refund amount. If the cost to return a rejected package exceeds the value of the merchandise, we will instruct the shipping carrier to abandon the package, and no refund will be issued.
A photo of damaged, defective, or incorrect items is required for refund approval. Please do not discard any product(s) until you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed. Due to customs regulations and shipping costs, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue replacements for items shipped to addresses outside the United States.
While most international orders are successfully delivered, please be aware that packages may experience delays, be re-routed, or, on rare occasions, be lost during shipping. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and do not account for weekends, holidays, or processing time (please allow 24-48 hours for order processing).
Shipping Times
Please be aware that shipping times with USPS and UPS can vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout. However, while we strive to provide accurate estimates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, and operational disruptions.
